Fast Delivery time with DHL Express
Place your order before 17:00 on working days and your order will be shipped out the same day with DHL Express with On Demand Delivery (ODD) Service.

  • The delivery time depends on your country but within 1-3 days your order will be delivered.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive anew shipping notification from DHL EXPRESS.
  • DHL ODD notify you by email and/or SMS about your shipment’s progress and estimated delivery date/time. When this doesn’t fit your schedule, you can customize your delivery via DHL ODD and decide how, where and when the delivery takes place at the time and location that suits you best.

DHL ODD is giving you maximum flexibility and greater control over your delivery.

  • DHL ON DEMAND DELIVERY offers flexible delivery options:
    * Deliver my Package on Another Day: Scheduled Delivery
    * Deliver my Package to Another Address: Alternate Delivery to work or family
    * Deliver my Package at a Safe Place: Authorize Shipment Release
    * Deliver my Package with Neighbor: Leave the package at your Neighbor, Reception or Guard
    * Deliver my Package at a DHL ServicePoint: Hold for Pick‐up Collection
    * Request to Store my Package: Vacation Hold safekeeping your parcel up to 30 days


Extra service:
Choose your own delivery time or choose to pick up the package at one of the Pick-up points in your neighbourhood. 

Returns

You may cancel your order up to 14 days after you received your order without giving any reason and return it to us. We then refund the entire order amount. If you return the entire order, any shipping costs will be refunded. The costs for sending your return package to Ibizamode are for your own account.

We appreciate it very much if we receive the items back the way you received them. This means with all the cards attached and neatly packed in the original packaging. We can not return the items if we suspect that the items have been worn more often than during fitting them. Do you return shoes? Put the shoes back in the shoebox and then pack this box in the turquoise shipping bag. Do not use the shoe box as a shipping box.

Ibizamode can't held responsible for the loss or damage of a return package. We therefore advise you to send your return package by registered post.

When we receive and have processed the return package and the returned items in good order, you will receive confirmation from us by e-mail. We aim to process your return within 3-5 working days after receipt. After this, we will return the refund amount to your account as soon as possible or we will send the replacement product if you have opted for an exchange. The aim is to have the refund returned within 7 working days after processing your return. Reimbursement will in any case take place within the legal period of 30 days.

Have you received a damaged product or a complaint about a product? These items can not be sent as a regular return package, but must be reported to the customer service via info@ibizamode.nl (see general conditions, article 7).

Exceptions: Earrings are not taken back i.v. hygiene regulations. Bikinis should be fitted with underwear and can't be returned without the hygiene strip.
