Shipping & Returns
Ordered before 17:00 the next (work) day is at home!
When ordering before 17:00, we can usually ship that day. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a message from us. The Ibiza package usually takes you home the next day, also on Saturday!
PostNL Package Service
We ship our Ibiza packages with the PostNL Package Service. You will receive a Track and Trace number from the PostNL at the end of the day, so you can track where your package is currently.
Additional service: Choose your own delivery time or choose to pick up the package at 1 of the PostNL service points near you. Delivery in the evening is also possible at the PostNL.
Ship outside the Netherlands
For orders outside of the Netherlands we calculate the PostNL package service rates, the rates are automatically calculated after the address data has been entered.
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without notice and send back to us. You will then be credited with the full order amount. If the complete order is returned, the shipping costs will be credited. Only the costs for returning from home to the Ibiza fashion are for your own account. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to Ibizamode with all supplied accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. The item must be sent in original packaging after registration on our return page www.ibizamode.nl/retourneren . We strive to process a return shipment within 3-5 working days of receipt. After processing, you will receive a message. Ibizamode strives to meet any refund within 7 working days after processing. In any case within the legal period of 30 days. Shipping costs and eligibility for return shipments by parcel service are for the customer's account. If the item is received in good condition, we will send the new order (if desired) or Ibizamode.nl will refund the purchase amount to the account.
Complaints and defects can not be sent as a regular return, but must be reported to Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org, see General Terms, Article 7.
Exceptions: Earrings are not returned in accordance with hygiene regulations. Bikini's must be fitted with underwear and are not taken back in the pants without a hygiene strip!
