How can I redeem a promotional code or gift card?

Add one or more items to your shopping cart and go to "Order".

At the last field you can enter the discount code. Enter the code exactly. It is case sensitive and not valid in combination with other promotions/sale/discount codes.

How long is a promotion code valid?

A promotional code can be valid for one day , one week or sometimes longer. Look for the conditions in the newsletter or on the voucher you received. Promotional codes cannot be redeemed on your order.

How long is credit valid?

Shopping credit is valid for 1 year.
