How to return

We have sent your order with love. It may happen that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. If you want to exchange or return something, follow the steps below ...


• STEP 1
Log in to your account. Go to My Orders and click on the last placed order. Here you can register the return. When returning a return message, state what you want to return and whether you would like to receive another article instead. Proceed to step 3.

Did you not create an account? Go to step 2.

• STEP 2
Do you not have an account with us? Write on the supplied packing slip which item you want to return and whether you want an exchange or a refund. Put the packing slip in the return package and follow steps 3 to 6.

• STEP 3
If you have indicated which items you wish to return, please return these items undamaged and unworn in the packaging. We appreciate it very much if we receive the items back the way you received them. This means with all the cards and neatly packed in the original packaging. We can not return the items if we suspect that the items have been worn more often than during the fitting. Do you return your shoes? Do not use the shoe box as a shipping box. Put the shoes back in the shoebox and then pack this box in the turquoise shipping bag.

• STEP 4
Take the supplied return label, write down the order number (this can be found on the supplied packing slip) and paste it over the old address sticker on the return package.

• STEP 5
Go with the return package to the nearest post office to have it franked and then hand it over. The costs are for your own account. Keep the receipt of the post office well. This contains the Track & Trace code with which you can follow the package and see if it has arrived in good order.

• STEP 6
As soon as the return package has been approved by our return department, you will receive confirmation from us by e-mail. After this we make the exchange or refund as soon as possible in order. Are you curious in the meantime where your return package is? With the Track & Trace code you received from the post office you can view the current status of your return.


You may cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason and return it to us. The easiest way to return your items is to follow the steps above. We then refund the entire order amount. If you return the entire order, any shipping costs will be refunded. The costs for sending your return package to Ibizamode are for your own account.

Ibizamode is not liable for the loss or damage of a return package. We therefore advise you to send your return package by registered post. When we receive and have processed the return package and the returned items in good order, you will receive confirmation from us by e-mail. We aim to process your return within 3-5 working days after receipt. After this, we will return the refund amount to your account as soon as possible or we will send the replacement product if you have opted for an exchange. The aim is to have the refund returned within 7 working days after processing your return. Reimbursement will in any case take place within the legal period of 30 days.

Complaints and defects can not be sent as a regular return package, but must be reported to customer service via, see general conditions, article 7.

Exceptions: Earrings are not taken back i.v. hygiene regulations. Bikinis should be fitted with underwear and are not returned to the pants without hygiene strip.
